August,

Sorry I've been absent from the thread lately. I've been working with Jeff (and others here) on an SI re-design (don't worry, the discussion areas won't change significantly). I have been reading the discussion, but I have been hesitant to jump in recently, as it has a way of sucking me in (and away from my other projects).

To answer your/Mark's question

I guess I don't really understand what exactly you're looking for. The way I always do this is click on the red (new) link, and then hit the back button on the browser. I think you're asking for another link besides "remove bookmark" that says something like "clear count?" The problem I see with this approach is that it
1) Adds more complexity
2) Forces the page to reload and scroll back up to the top.

How would that be an improvement over the click once and back up method?

Regards,

Brad
