I am calling upon any and all shareholders that have any evidence against
Dempsey Mork, and any and all others that may be in bed with them,
to please email or get in touch with me ASAP! I need any and all said evidence
that you have compiled against them. This evidence is needed for my pending
civil court case that Mork is suing me for $5,000,000 (five million dollars).

The present offering of RMIL to certified shareholders is slow to nil on the
shareholders end, and it appears that we are all going to lose our investment
here unless shareholders take an active stance and fight back! I have told
everyone what I think needs to be done, but few are doing any thing (DTC
transfer street and IRA RMIL shares in DLJ Direct)... Such a simple act and it
appears now one is doing a XXXX thing about it. Those who have called and
received their shares in NAME form should keep them there. I understand that
the number is only 1.5 million in name form and 1.2 million in street name.
This tells me that many have turn them back in! Wake up people and fight for
your dollars! You cannot let a hand full of us do it for you! Wake up or lose
everything to Mork and the other shorts!

Please contact me before you send said evidence via email (zip files) or snail
mail.
