arcane lore if goofy had a company and mickey mouse shorted the stock down to 50 cents, then goofy cancelled all the free trading shares except 700k and then judge wiley coyote ordered mickey mouse to replace the 4 million restricted shares he put back into the float
illegally by having legend removed, even the tazmanian devil couldn't replace 4 million shares without bidding price up to $20 first.
