Doug, I know why IPM has all of the trouble it has but, I gave my word that i would not post this information. This information will come out in the near future and you will be more angry then , then you are now. Sorry for being vague but i can't say at this time but if IPM goes into chapter 7 the truth will be posted without delay. The person who posted on the Jay Tayler thread does not know the whole truth.
