Abuse of the legal system in mounting legally spurious attacks on Starr's inquiry. Remember, most the courts rejected his bogus claims of privilege outright. I believe that it can probably be proven that he allowed his client to lie in the Paula Jones deposition and to the grand jury.

I also believe that Starr will prove that Kendall was part of the Carvile-Blumenthal-Hillary plan to discredit Starr by claiming that their own leaks came from him. Kendall is also said to have influenced the National Enquirer to discredit witnesses.

All in all, I think it will be shown that Kendall and company spearheaded an unprecedented attack on the OIC that was actually an attack on our system of justice itself.
