It's not clear to me how many flywheels will be deployed at each terminal. In today's release, SatCon states:

In the trial, several flywheels will replace lead-acid batteries currently being used in remote terminals.

That statement could be interpreted as several at each terminal, which would imply potential unit sales of 20,000 terminals times "several" per terminal. A better estimate could be made if required power (kw) per terminal were known, as well as duration of the backup. What are rough numbers for the battery backups currently being used?

The trial will involve Beacon's 20C1000 Cable/Telecom Flywheel System. On Satcon's website they give specifications for this as 1 kilowatt for a duration of 2 hours (or 2 kw for 1 hr, etc): satcon.com
