Chip - Not to burst your bubble but the only players who got significant mention were ones which had three generations of product (the article specifically points this out!). While Banshee is a great product is it NOT 3Dfx's third generation product (and please don't point to the Voodoo Rush because we all know how BAD that product was). Generation 1 = Voodoo, Generation 2 = Voodoo II, Generation 3 = Rampage??? Additionally, you'll notice that the companies that figure prominently in the report are OEM suppliers. As yet, 3Dfx is not a significant player in that arena (Yes, we are all waiting ... still!) So don't jump down their throats for not saying what we want them to say. They are saying what OEM's are willing to PAY for! OB
