Paunch, eventho I write in posts about the bad peoples as sickos or
dark forces, their identification and punishment is not my motive in
wanting to understand how IPM got into chapter 11. All I want to know
is stuff that could hurt or hinder or destroy any new IPM, and make me
lose initial and new money. You could say Mr X sank IPM because he
was trapped in a gambling debt with the mob. Just so his debt is now
payed off, I could not care about this person at this time. You could
even say he will still be employed with the new IPM with safeguards in
place so that he only does good and no bad. No problem with me, just
so the new IPM can be successful. Just do whatever is legal and moral
and try not to screw anyone, then lets get a company restarted, and
hopefully its the continuation of IPM, and all current ipmcf shares
will remain valid, and this should mean a dilution of some type since
those that put new money in are not only doing the save, but it is the
phrase "maby throwing good money after bad" might happen.
As for other information you have thats is not on this thread, I
thought a PP was possible. I thought the rumored current testing
was being done by this PP. Maby it is, and the PP will only happen
if the testing is ok, AND the debt is payed off. Now, if the dirt
of Black Rock really is a "gold mine" of riches, then even shareholders
that put no new money in, and have diluted current shares, then
everyone will make out real good. Especially those that added new
money, and most likely if a PP does put in the money to "prove" the
new IPM, they will get the biggest piece of the pie. Me putting in
money is ok, but I sure would feel more secure if I knew that the
Black Rock dirt will be connected with the new IPM, and I knew that
tests show good dirt that can be extracted for precious metals using
current technology. And lastly, the dark forces will not be around
to do and IPM II on the new IPM.
