Look at the bottom of this post. This is what it was on May 22, 1998. But keep in mind that more acquisitions have now been made:

I got in this morning at 2 5/16, here's some info compliments of ISR.

Summer Watch List Stock II.

Dynamic Imaging Systems (OTC: DIMG). We don't know where to start, there is so
much to say about this little company, but at the same time we have to contend
with our policy of being brief. Dynamic is a client of Perry & Co., and as we
have mentioned before--this should eliminate any possibility of them remaining
an "unknown" entity on Wall Street.

You might have first seen the Dynamic Imaging name in our newsletter back on
April 13th, when we carried a press release for them, about a 1,000,000 share
common stock offering--which quickly sold out.

Dynamic currently has four operating divisions. We will briefly go over the
two
which are Internet related. The order of the divisions has no bearing with
regards to either short term or long term operating potential. In fact, it is
simply in an alphabetical hierarchy.

AV Newswire. This is the most visible division (whose visibility grows
daily--if not hourly) at the company. What they do, in short, is produce
streaming audio and video presentations to be played on the internet. If a
picture speaks a thousand words--then a picture which speaks back to you in
full audio/video speaks a million. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to
quickly see the market potential for audio and video press releases simply by
just looking at just one (1). Steaming as a side note means you click on a
button and it plays rather than waiting 10 minutes to download a 30 second
clip. The technology which the company utilizes was pioneered by RealNetworks
(Nasdaq: RNWK) and the presentations are created in the companies
state-of-the-art multimedia recording studio in Philadelphia. The last we
heard, there were 30,000,000 real audio players installed out there.

To see one (or dozens for that fact) visit their web site at
avnewswire.com

To see a press release where the availability is announced see Centecor
release
at: biz.yahoo.com

In regards to "the market" for these types of presentations, consider the
following.

Financial: Business Wire and PR Newswire combined, currently issue about
450,000 press releases per year. That's about 1,200 per day. Now of course,
not
every press release will (or should) be enhanced by either audio or video--but
look at 20 or 30 press releases tonight and close your eyes and think of the
ones which you read, which could or should enhanced. Also in the financial
category are shareholder conferences. There is something like 25,000 publicly
traded companies who have the opportunity to hold conferences a minimum of
four
times a year (when the numbers are out). Throw in acquisitions, joint ventures
and new product or service announcements and we are talking about...a lot to
talk about.

Entertainment: Go to your local megaplex and look up at the Marquee and you'll
probably see the names of 14 different movies. Okay we're all familiar with
Titanic and Lost In Space. But what about the other twelve. Uh uh. Don't know
em. And the full page ad in the paper doesn't help much. Imagine a press
release where you can click on a hyperlink which opens a 30 second audio/video
trailer.

Other: Let your imagination fly here. And always keep in mind that this is
basically a form of advertising (and that a full page ad in the Wall Street
Journal cost $250,000). New Restaurant openings, product announcements and the
content needs of 3,000 television and radio news rooms.

The cost of these audio/video press releases? $1,000-$4,500 each--and worth
every penny, we think. You do the math.

Webtemps. Not only is Dynamic a client of Perry & Co., but we are a client of
Dynamic. Through Webtemps--which maintains the largest database of web
designers in the world, we were able to have the Internet Stock Review web
site
up and running in less than two weeks. Sure we have a few kinks to iron out,
but we think they did a good job. Don't you. The Webtemps site is at:
webtempsinc.com

These are nice hard working people from Philadelphia. Call them for an
investor
packet. P.S. The voice you here on the audio presentations is the President of
AV Newswire, Dan Hunt--who was the national voice of AT&T as well sportscaster
for several World Series and All-Star games with CBS, ABC, ESPN and CNN.
