Loren S, I faxed the transfer agent last week and asked for the total outstanding shares. The information I got back said the total as of last Wednesday (Sept 2) was 47,540,711 outstanding with 23,457,876 restricted. That's up a bit from May, but not a lot considering all they say they are doing. I was relieved to find it was only 47.5 million. That was good news to me. The slight increase sure doesn't seem to justify the low price.
