Well I think you know the reason why I want you to post the passage. It's because that passage isn't there as you have stated. Why have you send me something and then play a foolish game about just where it says that? Just post the clause that establishes this exclusivity. It would be so simple if it were true. Of course if you were lying about it then posting that passage could be pretty embarrassing, especially if you have to admit it isn't really there. This isn't a fraud committed to advance the price of a stock now is it?
