Just to clarify, for anyone who is still wondering what the hell AVAL is and what connection it has to NPCT: If I recall correctly, Chad came across Avalon Group (a geographic neighbor of his) before almost anyone else did, when it was taking aim at a different industry from its current target, and introduced the company's management to Lance Fortt at a time when the company thought it needed a promoter in order to attract some attention. At some point many months ago, management at AVAL apparently concluded, rightly or wrongly (I am reporting impartially), that it did not then need a promoter, did not wish to go forward with Lance and had a rather unpleasant disagreement with him (note: no assignment of blame), and was uncomfortable communicating directly with Chad because of his apparent connection with Lance. I freely acknowledge that Chad "indirectly" introduced many people, including me, to AVAL as well as NPCT, and I have stated to him on several occasions that I do NOT question his own good intentions in either case despite the performance of NPCT to date. (As a reminder, I am only attempting to clarify and am expressing no opinion on NPCT, positive or negative.) CHAD'S CURRENT (IN THE CASE OF NPCT) AND PAST (IN THE CASE OF AVAL) CLOSE AND ENTHUSIASTIC INVOLVEMENT IS THE ONLY THING IN COMMON BETWEEN THE TWO COMPANIES. I think Chad would concede that, despite his own and some of his friends' continuing investment in AVAL, he is no longer a big fan of the company's management and is much more optimistic about NPCT, at least long term. For the record, I and many others who were originally introduced -- directly or indirectly -- to Avalon by Chad have been, and remain, tremendous private and public supporters of AVAL, which has just begun to implement its business plan, uses no promoter, is almost completely unnoticed and rarely trades... thus far.

Chad -- Please correct anything that I've stated above that you do not agree with, since I don't mean to put words in your mouth. I hope that both AVAL and NPCT, on their separate tracks, become huge successes for you and all of their respective shareholders. --Eric
