I am still curious, Who is the first man who said that the deal will be done by the end of summer and telling everyone about this time frame ?, as far as I know they just said "Rentech's management is optimistic that these negotiations will be successfully concluded in the relatively near future" biz.yahoo.com Have you more info regarding this rumor ?
