For what it is worth, I am looking to enter ORCL today on any sign of strength. Earnings due out after the close tomorrow, no warnings, stock looks very favorably priced. I think it can make 24+ by the close tomorrow. Also, with a good report, a buy on Friday for your anticipated market upswing may be adviseable.
Also, you may want to look at MYG (Maytag), announced that they will beat earnings estimates. I really like a stock like this for a position trade, because all of the earnings uncertainties (at least for the current quarter) are taken out of the equation, and as other companies do warn, investors looking for "safer" plays should gravitate to companies like this.
Thank you for your recommendation of COMS, it looks like a good play and I am in. Just thought I'd share these others with you.
