Ramsey, Even better: they're going to guide it to 1/4%!!!!Free money almost! Just borrow money from BOJ and invest it in u.s. treasuries/bonds at virtually no risk. What is the incentive to loan?? The MOF had been talking the yen up for the past 3 weeks. Overnight the yen rocketed down versus the dollar and mark. Just do the opposite of what they say and you'll make $$$. regards
