The buy/Sell/hold recommendations by VV is based on momentum & some other VV-specific unpublicized value criteria and therefore you should not put too much weight only to Fair value. Over years VV has improved their product and has recently introduced PROTRADER, which gives you all the stocks with short term DMA crossings for trading purposes. One caution, I want to add, is that the MMS get wind of their recommendations and make those stocks to gap open on the upside, causing whiplash later in the day to the unsuspecting investors
