Don't remind me. I have an IRA that I buy 2K worth of Russia every year... So far my 6K is worth about $9oo. I still plan to buy a another 2K in Jan. 1999 and every year for the next 20 years. Russia will dig out but it is going to take a long long time. Stocks are so cheap their it is hard to imagine. Letrx will turn when energy prices rise IMO. I have traded (short term moves) TRF a couple times and made very decent returns. I would guess that the next good trade for TRF would come when they OK a new PM. That should be good for at least couple points.
