Company Press Release

Tasty Fries Inc. Contracts for Retail
Distribution

BLUE BELL, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 9, 1998--Company CEO Ed Kelly announced today that Tasty
Fries (TFRY-OTC) has signed a contract with one of the largest retail merchandising agents in
the nation that services over 11,000 retail outlets including Walmart, K-Mart, etc as well as
over 3,000 grocery stores, to begin distribution of the patented Tasty Fries vending machines.

The agreement calls for distribution of the first 500 machines over the next 180 days into
stores throughout the nation with proven high-traffic counts. Upon completion of the initial
distribution, the agreement calls for an additional placement of 5,000 Tasty Fries vending
machines over the next 2 year in all the larger retail chains nation-wide. Delivery of the
first 25 machines will be made within the next 60 days to various Discount Department Stores.

Each Tasty Fries machine has a refillable capacity of 500 vends and delivers fresh-cooked
French fries in about 90 seconds that are not only hot and crispy, but provide an economical
hot snack. Currently each sale generates a profit margin in excess of 70%. Aside from their
retail distribution, the company also plans to distribute another 10,000 machines throughout
airports, college campuses, hotels, ski resorts, schools, train and bus stations, and office
buildings around the nation. The company's goal, according to Kelly is to have 15,000 machines
in service by the new millennium.
