Mark, I would like to thank you for all of the excellent work you have done to keep us all informed as to important events, such as your attending and reporting back on the "desert presentation". These are things that only a very select few were will to do for the benefit of the shareholders. I already have missed your posts and point of view.

While I agree that there are some people with widely varying views, the sad truth is that money is the only reason for the high emotion on this thread and the creation of different camps.

If this stock were still on a slow build in price to say for example, $3.00, the intensity of the discussion would be diminished. It is for loss of money or loss of a cash rich retirement that emotions have been flamed here. And that is a shame. I get the feeling that some peoples entire financial future was riding on the back on Naxos' success.

You have done your work for us admirably. Rest awhile. But please keep an eye on Naxos. When the new plan is announced, and I think I speak for many people here, we WANT to know your thoughts and views!

Thanks again Mark.

Sincerely,

Tom Frederick
