Wellcome, The above is a popular investing method practice by brokers, advisers, and anyone who would gain by you the investor having many stocks to buy and sell so they make more money.. Hold your DELL and if the DELL story unfolds like most us long term holders think, one year from now you wonder why you didn't buy more.
