I agree with you on some points, and disagree on others. As you know, Mory is extremely quiet when it comes to getting information to the media. Take for example when ASND announced that it would acquire SRA and ASND's stock began to tank, Mory had no comment.
It would appear based upon his latest tid bits that Mory is more than willing to discuss strategy, positioning, and possible forward looking statements. This is something Mory has refrained from in the past. Mory has always said that Asnd would continue to acquire company's and expand the ASND product line, however, in his latest interview Mory clearly states for the record, that ASND is currently not pursuing any other company, further, when asked if ASND was being pursued, he remained non committal. To me this says TAKEOVER.
As far as the technical analysis of SRA, I will remain silent, as my knowledge of the technical aspects of both company's is not my strong suit. However, my Marketing and Management background remain confident that based upon the current situation, ASND is in PLAY.
