You refuse to take any action sir. I told you long ago about Messrs. Zapara and Schurer, I suggested you procure the court documents, like the exportation documents, you never procured them. Now you learn there is yet another court case and who is being served ,Mann, JB Oxford, Citibank, Canacord, First Concord, Whitecliff and Shoreline.
I told you to look to Monsanto to find the answers to your exportation licensure questions since you will not reveal your idenity so I could fax you the actual documents.
Monsanto was interested in Stevia even though regulatory limitations were a frustrating consideration. But the real reason , supposedly, that Monsanto lost interest in Stevia was because of Dr. Lorrichio's exclusive right to export stevia from Brazil. It is my understanding that Monsanto was interested in a joint effort with Dr. Lorrichio and AZNT.
All that I have faxed the documents to, have long ago dropped the line of questioning that you, uninformingly, pursue. Ms. Shell claims she has the documents (though, she also claimed there was an arbitration between Wellrich & AZNT and that there was a "judgement" against AZNT. She told me she was "procuring and scanning" the documentation of such. That was last Thursday, no the matter is evaded.)...so I suggest that if you are not afraid to reveal your identity to Ms. Shell, you persue that matter with her.
