Don't forget, it is the 504 holders who had the faith to give Tom a second chance and revive this company. He had 10 million shares at one time. If this is true, it would appear to be a fine gesture and a sound business decision. I sincerly hope everything clears up soon, as I am still awaiting the promises from the Aug 14th Showtime announcement.
