Paunch, <<Would you be willing to be a board member>> I think you should first select people skilled in mining. Tim Hall would be a much better candidate than me. You should consider desert dirt Maxam's Runyon, GPGI's Jenson, and other managers of conventional mining companies. A bunch of squabbling shareholders would be a mistake IMO. You should also check into the possibility of one of the other dirts taking IPM in under their wing as an LLC with the LLC having its own shares, current IPM shares of course. The selling of gold certificates from production to save IPM has merit IMO.
