There is no update. Make sure you are on our email list as our people will likely be the first to know when there is. USDI and EUTC have terrible PR and are terrible at communicating with shareholders. It sounds like lawyers and accountants are running the show as far the merger goes. My gut feeling is that we won't know anymore until it is announced. It will catch a lot of people buy surprise. I will hold through this phase so I am not caught by surprise, trying to catch a fast rising stock price. Just my opinion. Please read all disclaimers at wallstreetwest.com.
