Interest rates down. Gold to test its low within 3 weeks. US corp. profits continue to decline. Unemployment will increase. Bear mkt will become a real bear. Oil to $9. Someone asked me to define deflation. I was recently in So. Korea when a school teacher friend experienced a one day 50% cut in her salary. This is deflation of a kind. Her auto and home loan remained the same. This is deflation of another kind. We in the US are postured to experience deflation the another kind.
