Steve, I accept that is what you originally meant. why then, does God resort to violence? Remember, any means and any path are available to him. Any at all. It would be just as easy and just as effective to rehabilitate through love as it would be to kill through anger or retribution. Given that, why would God ever turn to violence? Mark
