Hey bmart, I heard it was $250,000,000 -- but $50,000,000 was in cash and the rest in stock. Does my clear possession of inside information match yours? Oh, and by the way, let me go on record here as saying I passed on that $250,000,000 number to Tonto. Hope that clears things up! - Jeff P.S. I can't understand why AZNT just didn't ask for a billion. It has such a nice ring to it.
