Thanks for the reply. I have gone back and attempted to locate the information you referred to in your post. Is this it?

("During the three-month period, (12/31/97 thru 3/31/98) the Company incurred $60,594 of general and
administrative expenses as compared to $73,421 for the year ended December 31,
1997. The increase is due to the Company's transition from research and
development to production. The Company increased its administrative staff to
support the change in operations".

"Total number of Employees. At the present time Advanced Optics Electronics, Inc.
has nine (9) employees. There are four (4) salaried administrative, two (2) full
time hourly employees, two (2) receiving stock options and (1) Research
Scientist as an independent contractor".)

Based on the above, and the following statement:

("Additional research and development is
needed before the large-scale flat panel displays become fully marketable. The
company believes the remaining research and development will cost approximately
$225,000.00 and will be complete by December 1998".)

This leads me to believe neither the equipment or technicians had yet been brought on board at the time of the filing. It would be nice if the company would confirm whether this has been taken care of yet. I attempted to get an answer to this question from them, but they did not respond to my fax. Perhaps someone else can come up with the answer. Any help would be appreciated.
