Cav, I agree with U that we need more volume but disagree with U that shorts are gone and they already covered in 60 to 90cents range. The reason is : If shorts have already covered, Stock price should have gone up, atleast temporarily. Instead, even with heavy volume a month ago betn 80 to $1 range, this stock never really went up. I am believing there are still plenty of shorts out there that need to be covered. May be U can help me explain about this pattern. I do agree with U that this stock will go back to $3 level once lawsuit is dismissed.
