I'd be interested in reaction to this PR. To me, it sounds all right, but I see the phrase "the issuance of a convertible debenture." By my observations on SI, "convertible" and "debenture" are supposed to be red flags to investors. But honestly, I'm not even sure if I know what a convertible debenture is.

Good or bad, I wouldn't mind a little action on this thread.
