When is GM not being sued? Who knows what will happen. As for GMH sales rumors, I got one from a friend yesterday who just left GMH a couple of weeks ago for a job at Sun. Seems now that he sells the machines he talks to upper level management more, anyway the rumor he heard was we may be gone before the end of the year so Congress can't change any laws on the sale. Take this with a large dose of salt, but the popular press is saying things like six months. Talks have been taking place all the time, but of course nobody tells me, nor do I observe any, I can't, I'm not even in the same country. However, I wouldn't doubt that there is pressure to move fairly quickly for a multitude of reasons, given that, I'll leave my GMH shares alone and hope someone gets in a little bidding war. I doubt anyone would dare offer less than the current share price and I fully expect atleast a 10% higher offer somewhere in the 60+ range or perhaps even higher. All said 10% in six months or less is a very healthly gain for this behemoth.
