Nancy,

Difficulties in getting letters of credit, or any credit, is one cause I consider for exports from Asia not being as high as I expected.

I had not factored in logistic screw-ups at US ports. To the extent that this is keeping goods out of the US (and floating on the perimeter) it does factor into the equation. Does it tip my scale to "Yes, the flood of Asian goods is as expected?" I guess I need to review the latest trade figures and go shopping. My first reaction though is no.

Regards,
Lee
