I guess I'm the first weirdo to step forward. Or did
everybody else just step back.

How about a recipe for potato pancakes:

4 large potatos skinned and grated.
2 eggs.
16 oz. of cottage cheese.
Dash of salt.
2 cups flour.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Scoop out small mounds and drop in oil and fry.
