August 28, 1998 - PeakSoft Responds to SEC Comments re OTC-BB Listing
PeakSoft has a pending listing on the OTC-BB under the symbol "PEAFF" and
was briefly active in March of 1998. Upon filing for reporting
status for the first time in the US, the company's listing was halted
as a result of new requirements of the OTC-BB to meet the reporting
standards of the US SEC. The Company responded to the SEC comments
on August 26, 1998 by re-filing its Form 20F and now awaits SEC
approval.

August 5, 1998 - PeakSoft Part of Intel Demo Highlights
PeakSoft core technologies are being showcased by Intel (INTC) in its
high-end Pentium II processor, business computing desktop "constant
computing" demonstrations on its web site at
ubtek.cin .

July 27, 1998 - PeakSoft Product To Be Marketed by RealNetworks
PeakSoft announced an alliance marketing agreement with RealNetworks
(NASD:RNWK) that makes PeakSoft's PeakJet 2000 web-browsing
accelerator available for sale to millions of RealNetworks' customers
through a variety of marketing efforts.

July 13, 1998 - PeakSoft To Be Included in Symantec Product Bundle
PeakSoft announced a bundling agreement with Symantec (NASDAQ: SYMC)
that features PeakJet 2000 as the exclusive web-browsing accelerator
in a special bundle of award-winning PC utility software titles due
out later this year.

June 23 and July 2, 1998 - PeakStore Grand Opening and PeakJet 2000

than 100 million people around the world now have access to the World
Wide Web, and 120 million people have access to In rnet e-mail.
That's close to double the number of consumer Internet users having
access in 1997. Consumer Internet users are projected to top 700
million people by 2001.
