On one hand Bonior says it's too early to talk about impeachment because we haven't even seen the report yet.

On the other hand Bonior says he "forgives" the president.
For what? He hasn't seen the report. He is forgiving a pig in a poke.

At the same time he asks the American people to reserve judgment.
Why? He hasn't. He has already decided that everything the boy has done is forgivable and doesn't require any punishment.
