Art, as far as I can figure it, IDX's market cap still dwarfs any pure biometric competitor (excluding those big companies like TRW or IBM that have unknown, but very small, elements dedicated to biometrics).

The IDX drop is shared by its publicly traded competitors. Some have dropped harder, in fact. For example, since NRID adopted an API-creation strategy they have reverse split 1 for 6 and still find themselves in the same $1 range they were in pre-split. And now they even seem to have lost the API bet.
