So, the reason TLAB is up today is because people think the merger will be called off? Ciena's around 19 right now. I have no position in either (I don't like to bet on mergers happening or not) but this is getting interesting. One thing I know for sure: if this merger goes through, Ciena's price will NOT trade at close to 40.
