Just got off the phone with Tom and he said the new auditors were approved August 19 by the trustee and court. He said we should see progress with audit in a few weeks.
Besides the group from Cleveland another investment group from NY is looking at HDST. He spoke with them last week. They have taken several companies public in the past.
They maybe looking to do a reverse merger with another company they have into HDST?
No new sales have come in. He says they are surviving right now.
