Mr. Jhild, You are just being argumentitive. Your arguement is convoluted. Read the 'purpose'/ 'dulciness' , of the AZNT literature. Then try to discern why it is important to understand the stability of the structure and the length of the carbon chain. Why is a gas of "higher OCTANE" preferable? ( an 'octance' is an alkane, 8 carbon chain) ...it is preferable because it breakdowns slower than methane, ethane, pentane, etc., etc.. Imagine a CHO/carbohydrate as a source of energy too. A 44 Carbon chain will breakdown slower than a 39 Carbon chain. You appear to bring alot of convoluted facts to the table. If you desire to stay off-topic, stay on-topic. RB
