Marc and I2: Although I cannot answer I2's question specifically, my dusty historical charts going back to the 60s tell me that anything based on a 10 week or 13 week moving average below 40% marks extreme pessimism and anything below 35% marks an intermediate term bottom. Pass the inhaler, Marc, my asthma just flared up <GG>.
