G'day all - dear Stitch, not knowing much about Malaysia politics myself, from what you ve described the scene, is it fair to assume that it is a toss up between MM and Anwar. A choice between cronyism and fundamentalism? And MM's posture [against foreigners] is an attempt of appeasement with the goal of self-preservation [else goes the way of the Shah?!] Finally, are there moderate elements out there? TIA
