art cashin..floor trader with paine webber... saying bids got canceled on the news flash they thought they would get a breather until friday... market concerned if rubin stays on through the mess red machine coming back in russia.... can US deal with it if we get in a politcal tug of war... etc etc etc CNBC going to show the van carrying the report....wonder if there are any guards ...LOL
