While $230,000 is not a large sum and while the term 'convertible debentures' is usually a negative, the market's reaction is positive with the ask up to $.27.
My personal experience with Thomson Kernaghan has been very favorable. It was the financial advisor for a company which I bought at $1.95 which went as high as $9.00 (all Canadian) before being bought out by Veritas. IMO, Thomson Kernaghan adds a bit of credibility to QTNT.
