Zuespaul, Thanks for the help. It's a bargain basement deal, but that's my price range. Maybe in a few months complete systems will be even cheaper and I can get a little better system. This link is about the Cyrix MII-300, sounds like a pretty good chip. cyrix.com AmpTech didn't give any info on the MB they use. I need to ask them about that. cya, Bob
