Aleta, why not admit that you're wrong on the visit?
Wasn't Jon Tara, a couple of weeks ago, trying to paint the picture that no one was in the Zulu office? Would not a visit, with photographs, show a different story, and at least help to shut his trap?
Do you think potential Zulu clients find value in visiting the company, before making a purchase of Zulu's services? So why wouldn't an investor find value also?
Did not Lance Estes, before commiting his company to ZULU/ESVS, also visit the company, before the decision for eCommerce Corp to join the consortium?
You're wrong. A visit would be valuable!
In fact, when Matty and Dave Hubanis visited the echoMEDIA Neport, RI location, the talk prior to that visit was it was nothing more than a room with a telephone answering machine.
They came back, reporting it was in a nice historic location of Newport, there were heavy cables going into the building, high-powered computer equipment inside with people working on it. Plus, they had a very nice conversationw with Tom Burgess.
You know what moved me the most from that visit? The fact that Tom reported to them that he and his wife just had a baby. To me, that put a human element into my investment. In fact, this one fact, the very fact they were pursuing the American Dream (developing a start-up business concerpt, having children, etc.) helped solidify my determination that Zulu's a good investment. So I got a lot out of their visit. |
