DOW down 156; NASDAQ down 36.30.

DOW was down 100 in uneventful day and then word broke at 3:20 pm EST that the Starr report was on its way to the Congress. DOW down another 56 point thereafter. Report is in 36 cardboard file boxes. Can you say detailed report with exhibits?
