Mr. SORROWS: Please forgive us 'new guy vipers' for not knowing where you stand and even questioning why. I believe your record here shows you can change your postion on a dime (which is fair enough in itself) on the basis of claims of vague insider knowledge (which is pretty much meaningless to the rest of us without some basis). Your about-face between your posting #1059 and #1150 is quite clear, even if the rationale is not. I urge others to reread #1150 and reflect on your Nevada beta test result panic. I also will keep in mind in the upcoming days your claim that "Oh well. I never short..." As for your question of IBM: "Why not MatriDigm?", I believe it is a good one. For those of us that believe (yes I realize it is a belief only at this point) that M/D will soon have one of the best Y2k products available (do YOU believe the same about Peritus?), the question being begged is WHY NOT (short) IBM????
