Regarding the financials? Sure, where are they? I'd like to see them. I've always wanted to see them. But you know what? I'm perfectly willing to wait to see them. Know why? Because we will see them.

If Zulu and ESVS are going to soon announce the deal is inked, I suspect they'll also release the pertinent data related to Zulu. It's stipulated that ESVS shareholders will see this before the deal can be completed.

You'd have to believe the acquisition is not going to happen, in order to take any other viewpoint in this matter.

So if you believe that ESVS and ZULU will become one company, then you have to also believe that you will see an audited report from the Zulu side.
