Gottfried, OTOTOT I'll be reading through the warrenty closely later this evening but they are never as good as to cover what is exactly wrong usually... I think I've got one of the 3 up and running properly...the test is this evenings download of 5600 tickers worth of data... One, my wife's is DOA I'm afraid as the mouse serial port is dead, sounds like new motherboard time... The last one may be OK after a low level format, and total reload of software, very busy weekend...still have the contest data though :-) Later Preston
